Welding
Welding is another service from our offer that we put at disposal of our customers.
Our offer includes:
1. MIG/MAG welding
- is a welding with a welding wire using inert or active gases:
- inert gases (argon, helium and a mixture of these gases) –MIG method,
- active gases (carbon dioxide or its mixture with argon) – MAG method.
This method is fit to welding of many types of metal (with a correct choice of welding wires). The advantages of MIG / MAG welding are: good quality of welds, high efficiency, wide range of thicknesses of welded elements.
2. TIG welding
- is a welding with welding tungsten wire using inert gases, such as argon, helium or mixture of these gases.
This method can be used for welding all types of steel, especially high-alloy steels and non-ferrous metals. It is also used for joining aluminium and aluminium alloys.
Some advantages of TIG welding:
- good quality of seams
- a wide range of thicknesses of welded elements.
On our customers request and in cooperation with our partner we can provide an execution of following non-destructive testing of welds (NDT):
