Folding on folding machines

Folding of metal sheets on folding machines is another type of service offered by Metalmix. Here below we present the technical data of our folding machines:

Folding on mechanical folding machine - length of folded items up to 4,0 m

We execute this service on our CNC folding machine SCHRÖDER, model MPB, with control system CNC POS 2000.
Using this machine we can fold the metal sheet with following thicknesses:

• structural steel - up to 1,75 mm
• stainless steel - up to 1,25 mm
• aluminium -  up to 2 mm.
  
  

Folding on mechanical folding machine  - length of folded items up to 6,0 m.

This machine can fold the items made of steel metal sheets with thickness going up to 1 mm.
