Rolling of sheets

Another service at Metalmix offered by Material Processing Center is rolling of metal sheets.

This is one of the most popular services executed by our company which are a response to industry's needs.

Our sheet metal rolling machines allow us to execute this service maintaining repeatability and dimensions of final product.

Our company carry out the rolling services for parts of following parameters:

• material thickness – up to 4 mm
• length of steel item – up to 2 m.
  
  

Parameters of rolling machines at Metalmix:

• min. diameter  Ø70 mm of material thickness 2 mm, length up to 1 meter
• min.  diameter Ø150 mm of material thickness 4 mm, length up to 2 meters.
  
  

At Metalmix we can provide rolling services of both thick and thin metal sheets. It is worth to note that the parameters of maximal thickness depend of material type, width of rolling and radius. Among our services there are also other processes of material processing like bending of metal sheets.
