Our painting shop is dedicated to painting large series of parts as well as big volume products what distinguish us on the market.
We dispose of a five-stage washing unit  that helps us execute indispensable chemical processes like:

• degreasing and phosphating,
• degreasing and pickling, 
• rinsing after phosphating,
• rinsing after pickling

At Metalmix we powder coating simple structures as well as those of even the most complex shapes!

Maximal dimensions of oven at Metalmix:

• length 8200 mm
• width 1800 mm
• height 2300 mm.
  
  

The oven mentioned here above for polymerization is dedicated for heating of a layer of powder paint. The air vents are located in different parts of the chamber and ensure that the paint hardens equally over the entire area of parts. A stable temperature value guarantee that all the parts being inside of the oven are heated evenly on their whole surface. They are not overheated neither underheated, furthermore they are not subject of discoloration.

The range of temperatures of hardening of powder paint at Metalmix is from 140 to 200°C.

We cooperate with the best manufacturers and suppliers of powder paints, colours from RAL pattern certificated Qualicoat and NCS pattern (Natural Color System). For powder painting we use the most modern applicator "GEMA" of Switzerland brand, which are the most innovative in the field of powder painting of surface..

Types of coatings available at Metalmix:

• smooth: ideal for homogeneous aspect - from shiny to deeply mat
• structural: available in matte version, satin or shiny from fine to thick structure.
  
  

A thickness of paint layer after hardening is between 60 and 120 microns for one layer what represents few layers of tradition solvent paint. Metalmix offers also an application of additional powder paint layers what increases a thickness of final layer.

At Metalmix we paint using KORONA method

This is a high-voltage assisted method. It allows expand the possibilities of the spraying process, taking into account the thickness of the coating and adapting the entire process to the shape of the covered detail. This method works very good with paints containing metallic pigment.

Warehouse facilities and transportation of orders

The hall and large warehouse facilities at Metalmix of the surface of approx. 3 000 m2 allow us not only to store the completed orders, but also to protect them against unfavourable weather conditions, scratches or other damages before the goods are delivered directly to the customer.

Modes of delivery: we properly secure the goods for customer's pick up or deliver them to the customer's indicated address, including foreign countries.
