Powder painting of large-size parts - balustrades

In Metalmix Powder Painting Shop we realize not only powder painting services of single parts and batches of items, but also coating of large-sizes elements (for industry and building sector). It is possible thanks to an overhead transport system that allows to move large lots of parts, furthermore helps our employees apply painting very precisely and in a shorter time! 

The example of steel balustrades shows it perfectly. They are attached to hooks of crane traverses* which the largest arm height is 1800 mm and its length is over 7500 mm. 

For powder coating of the Art Nouveau balustrades with plant elements, we used 𝐑𝐀𝐋 𝟗𝟎𝟎𝟓, black colour known as „Black Raven” or „𝐁𝐥𝐚𝐜𝐤 𝐉𝐞𝐭”. The coating has a fine structure.

*crane traverses - are special devices for lifting and moving heavy parts such as machines, containers or construction parts.
